Objectives

Our goal was to transform mathematics learning into a more engaging and accessible experience for all students, especially those who struggle. By combining movement with mathematics learning, we aimed to: -Improve the performance of all students, reducing inequalities and promoting the success of each individual. -Increase students' motivation and self-confidence, particularly those who experience difficulties in mathematics. -Develop essential 21st-century skills, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity, while promoting inclusion and equity. -Create a positive learning environment where all students feel valued and capable of succeeding.

Activities

As part of our project, we implemented five key management activities to ensure effective collaboration among all partners and guarantee the success of our objectives. -Project Coordination (A1): We established a clear framework from the outset, defining the roles and responsibilities of each partner. Regular monitoring of the project's progress was implemented. -Quality Management (A2): We implemented a rigorous evaluation process to ensure the quality of our deliverables. -Process Evaluation (A3): In parallel, we evaluated the effectiveness of our organization and our working methods. -Green Practices (A4): Concerned about minimizing our environmental impact, we implemented measures to reduce our carbon footprint. -Dissemination (A5): We implemented a communication strategy to disseminate the results of our project to a wide audience. Financial and Administrative Management: Each partner was responsible for managing their respective budget and providing the necessary financial and administrative documents.

Impact

The Math&Move Story project has developed a comprehensive set of educational resources to make learning mathematics more fun and effective. -A pedagogical guide serving as the basis for this approach, proposing a methodology to integrate movement and storytelling into learning. -A research booklet justifying the use of kinesthesia and storytelling. -A practical guide with concrete examples for using these methods and feedback. -Educational resources: 12 lessons with physical activities to understand mathematical concepts. 12 practical sheets to reinforce learning. 12 videos to illustrate movements. 12 e-books with stories to make math more attractive. These output are adapted to all students and are available on the project's website (https://mathandmove.eu) in several languages (English, French, Greek, and Serbian) - a total of 204! Communication elements: website, blog articles... -1 test of all resources in all countries -11 external contributors involved with a general report -5 multiplier events They aim to develop students' confidence in mathematics and promote active learning.
