The project established a framework for the Urban Community Builder (UCB), a role promoting ecological values and fostering citizen engagement in urban regeneration ('regeneractions'). This initiative addresses ecological challenges—psychological, social, and environmental—drawing on Félix Guattari’s Three Ecologies. The UCB framework equips individuals and organizations to bridge gaps between public administrations and communities, enabling participatory processes and social innovation. Drawing on experiences from Paris, Matera, Rijeka, Évora, and Valencia, the framework was developed collaboratively using the living lab methodology, emphasizing inclusivity, plurality, and trans-local exchange. It defines the skills, knowledge, and practices needed to empower UCBs to lead ecological, urban, and peri-urban initiatives effectively. This trans-disciplinary approach also provides innovative training modules applicable across Europe. The project aims to increase UCB employability and support community development through sustainable social innovation. Its outcomes offer tools to foster active citizen participation, encourage partnerships, and drive impactful ecological and social transformation across diverse local contexts.

During the project, the consortium carried out various activities: - Kick-off meeting in Paris: A two-day meeting to launch the project and connect with UCBs from Seine-Saint-Denis. - Desk Research and Focus Group: Partners analyzed national regulations and best practices of UCBs, creating the Profile & Competence framework through research and local focus group interactions. - Meeting in Rijeka: A TPM hosted by Urbani Separe focused on developing the competencies framework and drafting training modules. - Local Pilot – Living Labs: Consortium members tested and refined previous results through direct engagement with local UCBs, contributing to the Final Training Package. - European Pilot Training: A transnational event in Matera where UCBs from five countries collaborated, trained, and networked over two days. - AR Manifesto: Co-created with UCBs under the guidance of Arteria Lab and artist Miguel Januario, translated into five languages. - Policy Recommendation: A concise document for policymakers based on the project's outcomes. - Sharing and Promotion Activities: Online promotion led by Innohub and offline efforts by local partners, including dissemination events and academic publications quoting Regeneraction.

- Regeneraction Handbook: A concise guide available in Italian, French, Croatian, Spanish, and Portuguese. Role, skills, and foundational knowledge required by Urban Community Builders (UCBs) to initiate (trans-)local 'regeneractions.' -Training Modules for Urban Community Builders: five contributory modules, these training resources are designed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices among UCBs. The consortium also opened collective online spaces, enabling broad participation and the crowdsourcing of information from interested stakeholders. -Podcasts: These podcasts, also accessible on Spotify and other platforms, summarize the training modules while incorporating concrete examples of activities developed through Living Lab events. -Visual AR Manifesto: Co-designed during the EU Pilot Training in Matera, this manifesto was created through a collaborative workshop led by artist Miguel Januario (@Maismenos). It has been translated from English into French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Croatian, reflecting its international relevance. -Policy Recommendation Document: brief report aimed at policymakers and academics, it draws insights and and guidance from outcomes of the project.
