The project implemented an innovative online training - Essentials Skills Program in the field of most wanted soft skills on the labour market, which resulted with the public awareness of the importance of soft skills education at the local, regional and European level. It was also provided an innovative learning opportunity about soft skills to target groups (unemployed and employed persons, participants of other partner education programs and teachers in adult education) and carried out an analysis of the target groups with the aim of measuring the level of existing knowledge before and acquired skills after the training and the quality of the developed training. The implementation of the training contributed to the development of flexible learning offers adapted to the educational needs of adults, as well as to the goal of providing education in a digital environment. In this way, the developed program will be included in the education offer of the partners after the project so that other individuals can be empowered in soft skills.
