The goal of the project is to increase the equality and labor competitiveness of unemployed women and women who are changing careers by providing them new knowledge and skills about gender equality in the labor market. The goal of the project significantly contributes to the Strategy for Gender Equality 2020.-2025., and the promotion of equality between women and men as a task of the European Union in all its activities. Almost 30 women from Croatia were involved in the project, and 23 women from Italy who, after completing the education, gained knowledge that they did not have before the education, which helped them to be more competitive on the labor market.
