By implementing the project Careful Kids, the main goals we wanted to achieve were as follows: 1. To address the shortcomings in education and qualification observed among our teachers by providing them with the opportunity to gain craft knowledge, skills and experience in order to improve the children's attention and motivation in preschool education through mindfulness, Intelligence Games, Orienteering, Rhythm activities, and 2. To increase the capacity of all the partner organizations by transferring knowledge on these issues to our students and institutions. More specifically, our goals were also: 1. To be able to integrate activities about attention and motivation into our school subject contents, 2. To produce a guide material for Attention and Motivation activities for preschool education, and 3. To increase our rate of attention-motivation activities in our schools from 15% to 30%, as aimed per our strategic plans.

We implemented the following activities in our project: 1. Attention development activity with MINDFULNESS 2. Attention development activity with ORIENTEERING 3. Attention development activity with INTELLIGENCE GAMES 4. Attention development activity with RHYTHM ACTIVITIES Publication of Handbook on Attention and Motivation games, to be used by our own educators and other institutions interested in improving their rates of attention and motivation among children Horizontal activities: Dissemination, Localization and Piloting, Evaluation

The concrete outputs and other results of our project were as follows: - Four (4) fully implemented LTTAs - attention development activities on different topics (Mindfulness, Orienteering, Intelligence Games, Rhythm) on four different locations, - Produced guide materials for attention and motivation education in preschool education, - Developed teachers' professional skills to integrate attention and motivation into school subject contents in preschool education, - Acquired and learned new approaches and activity practices on Mindfulness, Orienteering, Intelligence Games, and Rhythm in education on attention and motivation education, - Improved rate of giving place to attention and motivation improving activities in our kindergartens (initially planned from 15% to 30%, actually realized from 17.84% to 32,24%)
