In the project, each partner created a photography club that focused on climate change effects on nature and students record pictures, videos to use them at lessons and make exhibitions to draw the attention of others to natural problems. It was important being international for the climate change topic because each country has its own unique climate and vegetation. Sometimes it is necessary to go beyond borders to observe changes that cannot be observed locally within the same country. With the project we were able to observe it in different countries. Via the project, our students had awareness about climate change, endangered animals, air pollution, melting glaciers even. When we had experiences in different countries, we had a wide perspective that some countries can be threatened more than us even we don't live same disasters, hazards, losses, etc. Unfortunately, there were also natural disasters in the partner countries during the 12 months of the project. In Italy, Sicily was devastated by a huge fire as a result of the extreme heat. In Turkey, the earthquake destroyed natural areas, people and animals were in danger. In Lithuania, there were huge floods with ice pieces the size of small balls. This destroyed the crop. I

In September 2022. We started the project. After the official documentation we presented the project in our school to colleagues , pupils and the parents. We made Erasmus wall to introduce the partners and the main topics. We introduced the project the maintainer educational office also. In September and October 2022 we organised logo contest and voting procedure. The winner logo was from Hungary. We used this logo for all documents and dissemination forms. We organised after-school photography clubs what ran in every partner school, and each week they had new, fun or interesting or problem topic for the children to photograph. We invited professional photographers to help our students “level up” their photography skills. To visually inspire the children, we showed famous photographers’ images that correspond with the current weeks’ theme. Looking at famous photographs helped each child’s eye to recognize details. In each country we took students to photo exhibitions on nature or everyday, e.g. World Press Photo exhibition, Nature photos, Photo Maraton (Novograd-Nógrád Geopark), National blue tour photos. - In November 2022: Creating Presentation of Countries, Hometown, Schools and Teachers. - In December 2022: Preparing New Ye

Újlaki Iskola: The project has given teachers a new tool to make teaching more effective. The lesson’s frames were opened and more subjects could be taught outdoors in the geopark area. The students' attention was turned to natural beauties and problems. A professional photographer helped. Students were taught photography skills. Several photo exhibitions of the students' pictures were organised. The school signed a contract with the Novohrád-Nógrád geopark for a long-term relationship. The Hungarian school edited the project website. GOYNUK ORTAOKULU school in Turkey was given the opportunity to participate in a European project. All tasks were completed quickly and properly. They set up the Erasmus corner, organised a photo club, made excursions to the Kula geopark and organised photo exhibitions. They participated in the Erasmus Day celebrations. They edited the lesson plans and created the virtual exhibition. They opened the e-twinning platform and managed the site. The staff of the Madonie geopark were here to help us as professionals.
