The primary objective was to develop a resource for teachers that enhances their psychological and methodological expertise. This aid aims to address students' deficiencies in social skills and effectively develop their key competencies, ultimately improving their life success and employability. Additionally, we aimed to positively influence the digital skills and attitudes towards digital learning materials of all participants through the created product. Another priority was to foster flexibility and resilience in both teachers and students, preparing them for the rapid changes anticipated in information and communication technology. While AI currently falls short in areas such as creativity and interpersonal skills, our project focused on these crucial aspects, too. We also aimed to create content that is visually appealing, easy to understand, accessible, and engaging for young people. The online space was deemed the most suitable platform, and Moodle LMS emerged as the most modern and cost-effective solution.

We have developed a comprehensive digital resource that allows teachers to understand the importance of the 10 essential soft skills. Using visual tools and modern content, they can interactively explore and master strategies for developing their students' emotional intelligence and social skills. The primary outcome of the project was the launch of the EQ-uality TEACH website (https://eq-uality.com/), which hosts content in both Hungarian and Italian within an LMS system. Enrollment is free and can be done through self-registration. Canimig Hungary Bt. is dedicated to ensuring the site's availability and functionality for at least the next five years, allowing users to access it during and after the project period. Furthermore, we conducted on-site sessions to both test the program and utilize its results.

We have created an "educator's toolbox" that expands teachers' methodological and psychological knowledge and enables them to transfer knowledge and carry out situational exercises that improve their students' social skills and self-awareness. During the development process, we decided to accompany the moments of the life of an imaginary school class in a way that is close to young people and their problems, and present them through comics. Also, we have developed online emotional escape rooms in a unique way to help you learn the essence, key words, and key ideas by solving brain teasers and playful tasks. The content of the 10 soft skills curriculum units consists of the following parts: - a general description of the given skill for teachers - test for students related to the given skill - high school story description - story as a comic book - online emotional escape room - offline games - possibility of feedback via link. Each of the 10 topics shows exercises for learning an essential skill through a digital education platform available 24 hours a day for anyone. The program can be used in schools as part of lessons or individually using a mobile phone or tablet.
