▶Objectives
To address urgent skills needs and challenges of the CCS, the participating organisations - MTÜ, Gabriel Caruana Foundation and ITEM Foundation - jointly committed to: 1. Empower the cultural workforce to foster change in the CCS, 2. Adapt VET to labor market needs, 3. Strengthen cooperation among European CCS organisations. We achieved these goals proportionate to the scale of the project. Additionally, thanks to Erasmus+ support, the project significantly contributed to the capacity building of the participating organisations. This included upskilling project staff, upgrading training services, and enhancing outreach to CCS professionals and VET stakeholders.
▶Activities
The FRESH FABRIK partnership implemented various activities to achieve the project objectives and make an impact in the CCS. Specifically, we: 1. Created the FRESH FABRIK online publication. 2. Conducted three workshops in total - one in each country: Malta, Hungary, and Estonia. 3. Organised three multiplier events in total - one in each country: Malta, Hungary, and Estonia. 4. Carried out project management and communication activities. 5. Held online partner meetings. These activities were crucial in meeting our goals and addressing the needs of the CCS in our regions.

Six events in total: 3 workshops and 3 multiplier events. 2. One online publication. Main outcomes include: 1. High-quality learning outcomes for event participants, project staff and beyond. 2. Enhanced capacity of participating organisations. 3. Increased awareness of the growing gaps between skills demand and supply in the CCS. 4.
