The project aimed to support Member States in developing an enabling framework for Individual Learning Accounts (ILAs) and thereby contribute to increasing the number of adult learners participating in lifelong learning. The project’s specific objective was to model and test a data model that would allow the use of AI technologies for personalised training recommendations and efficient spending through ILAs, all of which can support policy modelling in the future. Our effort was motivated by recognising that multi-actor cooperation must be strengthened to increase participation in adult learning, and all stakeholders' motivation must increase. The skills focused on within the project were the transversal skills promoted and categorised through several frameworks used within the EU, such as DigComp, FinComp, LifeComp, EntreComp, GreenComp, and the widely known CEFR. Knowledge sharing was another key objective of the project. The four partner organisations from Visegrad countries joined their forces, which allowed us to advance in producing the planned outcomes, and still test and validate the data model in our specific national contexts. This way the project outputs are open for any other Member State for further development
