β–ΆObjectives

Our main goal was to help companies with a created complex and innovative mentorship program for young adults for helping them in their skills improvement and mental well-being in the workplace, considering their current and specific needs. In this sense we considered both generation-specific and job-market aspects when elaborating the framework for professional and wellbeing skills development. PROUD project resulted in a mentor program that can generate positive changes within the individual (enhanced resilience and innovation capacity), organizations (inclusive working environment), the labor market (improved job performance and satisfaction), and in the wider society (intergenerational cooperation and digital readiness). Through the mentorship program, as an additional impact, we wanted to support employees' self-development capacity and increase their job satisfaction and decrease the staff turnover. In order to achieve the project's goals, the mentor program has 2 parts: - one is focusing on the skill development in the workplace (Guide) - one is focusing on the mental well-being in the workplace (Map of mental welfare in the workplace and Mind-balance kit)
