The HOTSAPP partnership wanted to achieve the creation of a Higher Order Thinking Apps Training Platform with the capacity to upskill European Vocational Education Trainers, Teachers, and Students in the Soft Skill of Higher Order Thinking www.hotsapp.eu This was achieved by conducting three transnational meetings using a robust programme of Project Management and a Dissemination Conference in Kolding, Denmark. The HOTSAPP partnership wanted to increase the digital readiness of European VET Trainers, Teachers and Students digital readiness by implementing the project through the use of Information Computer Technology. The HOTSAPP partnership wanted to reduce European unemployment by providing VET Trainers and Teachers and their Students a transversal skill, Higher Order Thinking, which will make them more employable and economically resilient by implementing the HOTSAPP project. The HOTSAPP partnership wanted to encourage European VET Trainers, Teachers and Students to include Soft Skill practice and awareness in their preexisting lessons. The HOTSAPP partnership wanted to work together to exchange and benefit from each other's expertise in pursuing VET excellence in Europe and promoting innovation through VET.

The HOTSAPP partnership implemented the following activities; The HOTSAPP partnership implemented a research programme in three languages to create a Higher Order Thinking Skill Thematic Matrix and translated the HOTSAPP Matrix content into content to inform a HOTSAPP Apps Platform for Higher Order Thinking Skills in VET. Whilst concurrently technically developing the HOTSAPP Platform. The HOTSAPP partnership implemented a Project Management and Dissemination Plan, 3 Dissemination Reports, a Plan for Risk Management, a Risk Management Log, a Quality Plan and an Evaluation Strategy Plan, conducted Internal Evaluation Surveys and Reports for 3 Transnational Meetings and at the Interim and Final stages including an internal evaluation of the HOTSAPP Apps Training Platform. Three transnational HOTSAPP partnership meetings in; Meeting 1 - HOTSAPP Kick Off, Dublin, Ireland, hosted by Innoquality Systems Meeting 2 - HOTSAPP Review, in Klagenfurt, Austria, hosted by Meta 4 Meeting 3 - HOTSAPP Exploitation, Kolding, Denmark, hosted by International Business College Denmark One HOTSAPP Final Dissemination Conference, which was held in Kolding, Denmark, was hosted by International Business College Denmark.
