โ–ถObjectives

The primary objectives included developing an Upskilling Manual, an interactive E-Course, and conducting local testing phases to ensure the materials were relevant and effective. By leveraging transnational collaboration, the project sought to enhance the skills of adult educators and, as well as empower adult learners to engage with sustainable entrepreneurship education. By adopting a train-the-trainers approach, adult educators have a comprehensive guide to teach social enterprise with sustainability principles and adult learners are able to gain necessary skills to eventually kickstart their own social enterprise in the blue economy, therefore leading to future job creation.
