Our overall objective was to empower community radio organisations & volunteers to become an influential pillar of adult education in civic engagement of diverse & vulnerable groups. We wanted to achieve • INCLUSION & DIVERSITY via a new inclusive training programme for adult educators and community radios, focusing on communication, storytelling, and digital broadcasting for disadvantaged adults (esp newcomers inc Ukrainians). This was achieved through open-access modules on participatory content creation, technical and digital skills, volunteer coordination, and marketing strategies. • ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP via focus on providing digital credentials for adult learners, especially volunteers and vulnerable community members with verified representations of their skills, fostering pride and strengthening community radio organisations • IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF ADULT EDU WORK via Adult Educator's Guide to support online and in-person instruction. This guide complements our bespoke training programme, equips community radio staff and volunteers with the necessary skills and knowledge to act as novel community-based educational hubs. •ORGANISATIONAL & STAFF IMPACT on all partners and target groups
