We wanted to achieve several objectives by implementing the project. Firstly, we aimed to produce educational material consisting of quality educational videos supplemented by quizzes. The content was designed to teach the younger generation about the ecological footprint and foodprint in food production. The material was intended not only to raise awareness but also to educate in a way that encourages changes in behavior patterns that can reduce carbon emissions by planting the seeds of knowledge necessary to invoke actual change. Secondly, we wanted to give teachers access to quality material to use in their teaching, whether in the classroom, through flipped teaching, or online learning.
