Summary

Objectives The objectives of the project are: - Helping young players become aware of the amount of CO2 emissions created out of different activities they do on a daily basis - Helping players be aware of environment-friendly alternatives they can use in their daily life - Guiding players on how to contribute to reducing CO2 emissions by monitoring & adjusting their daily choices - Providing awareness & knowledge through a fun board-game & app version of the game to be accessible & inclusive for youngsters Activities Project activities to be implemented go as follows: 1. Project management and Communication; 2. Study visit to Iceland; 3. CO2 footprint measuring game creation (board game and mobile app game); 4. Training activity for youth workers and youth leaders in Slovakia; 5. National game testing in Iceland and Slovakia; 6. Final online conference to share project results. Impact Activities will result in: 1.Sound PM; 2.Collected good practices & experiences encouraging following work & creation; 3.CO2 footprint measuring Board Game & CO2 footprint measuring Mobile App Game; 4.15 youth workers & leaders trained in using the CO2 footprint game in their green educational programs; 5.tested & validated competences of youth workers, & raised awareness of young people on the game; 6.educational game promoted in the youth work community, & positive message spread on Erasmus+.
