▶Objectives
The LIFE project aimed to enhance the well-being of educators and principals by fostering a deeper sense of meaning in life. Through this project, participants strengthened their capacity in relational pedagogies, impacting students and transforming school culture into a better place to work and learn. To achieve this, LIFE: • Developed a 9 modular course focused on the "big" questions in life • Brought together educators for the LIFE 9-module course focusing on life's "big" questions, by fostering inclusive, diverse learning communities where participants explored meaning and wellbeing. •. Developed a robust digital learning platform to sustain asynchronous and synchronous learning across all partner languages • Trained local facilitators to sustain the program by developing the LIFE learning modules, facilitating the modules through synchronous and asynchronous learning, and expanding LIFE to new cohorts. • Developed a blended learning modules with digital resources, modeling effective and engaging learning environments. • Introduced democratic, participatory pedagogies like partnered text study, deep listening, and reflection, enhancing collaboration, empathy, and cross-cultural competence.
