▶Objectives
Our project aimed to enhance VET programs, foster international collaboration, address market demands, and contribute to professional development and community welfare. We prioritized upgrading training programs, especially in graphic design and internet applications, to meet the changing labor market needs. Recognizing the importance of partnerships, we sought collaborations with international organizations to exchange best practices. A key focus was on green professions and ICT skills. We aimed to prepare trainers and develop tailored curricula emphasizing impactful visual communication and digital skills. Using micro-credentials, we provided flexible training solutions addressing specific job requirements and facilitating quick workplace entry. Through engagement with international experts, we enriched our professional expertise and educational services. Our efforts aimed to positively impact the community and economy by offering opportunities for skill acquisition and workforce entry, benefiting individuals and society as a whole.
▶Activities
1. We researched vocational training practices in partner countries for graphic design and Internet applications. 2. Teachers explored dual education and micro-credentials in each country. 3. Preliminary dual training programs were developed. 4. An expert project team managed curriculum development and training. 5. Training on English language usage was provided. 6. Collaborative curricula for green professions were created. 7. Final curricula prioritized distance learning and underwent practical testing. 8. A face-to-face meeting in Italy trained staff on dual training with micro-credentials. 9. Transparent participant selection processes were implemented. 10. Micro-credentials were tested in green profession training Photoshop and Flutter. 11. Teacher and mentor skills were improved through training. 12. Pilot courses were launched in the 3 countries. 13. Practical modules were exchanged via an ICT platform for cross-learning. 14. Teachers applied new methods in practical settings. 15. Various initiatives were conducted to promote the project and attract more participation in dual training.

1. Developed dual training curricula in graphic design (Photoshop Basic) and internet applications (Flutter), integrating micro-credentials for effective vocational training. 2. Established a solid international partnership, enabling knowledge exchange and support in vocational training. 3. Enhanced teacher and mentor competencies through training in curriculum development and dual training implementation. 4. Successfully launched pilot courses, providing practical training opportunities in graphic design and internet applications for a total of 37 participants withn the 3 countires. 5. Used a platform for digital module exchange, enriching learning experiences and promoting cross-cultural collaboration www.developanddesign.eu 6. Conducted promotional campaigns to increase awareness and engagement in dual training for green professions. 7. Facilitated capacity building among partner organizations for sustainable vocational training beyond the project duration. 8.
