The VITISKILLS project has clear and well-defined objectives aimed at improving the quality of VET (Vocational Education and Training) in viticulture while addressing environmental sustainability and digital transformation: OBJ1: Design, pilot, and deliver a comprehensive curriculum on green and digital skills for sustainable viticulture, aligning with EQF Level 4. OBJ2: Introduce flexible and innovative training methods, including open-access resources and a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), to enable self-paced learning and increase inclusiveness. OBJ3: Promote recognition and validation of new occupational standards and integrate sustainable practices into VET frameworks and certification systems. OBJ4: Develop recommendations to address structural vulnerabilities, focusing on: - Improving digital literacy and environmental awareness in rural areas. - Enhancing labor conditions for vineyard workers through fair work practices. These objectives are directly aligned with the priorities of fighting climate change, promoting digital transformation, and ensuring inclusivity in training opportunities for rural and disadvantaged populations.

1. Curriculum and Educational Resources (WP2): Design of a curriculum covering key modules such as: - Regenerative viticulture - Precision and smart viticulture (Viticulture 4.0) - Data management - Fair and safe working conditions. Creation of training and assessment materials for VET trainers and learners. 2. Open Online Course and Pilot Training (WP3): - Development of a VOOC (Vocational Open Online Course) to support self-paced learning. - Pilot testing of the curriculum with 720 vineyard workers. 3. Recognition and Awareness (WP4): - Development of an EU-wide qualification blueprint for vineyard staff. - Creation of position papers and guidelines to support digital literacy, sustainability, and fair working conditions. 4. Dissemination and Exploitation (WP5): - Organization of info-days to promote project results. - Creation of digital resources, including the VITISKILLS website and social media platforms, to enhance outreach. Additionally, collaboration with stakeholders, including VET institutions, NGOs, and rural communities, ensures the project activities are tailored to real-world needs.

The VITISKILLS project produced significant outputs and results, including: 1. Curriculum for Sustainable Viticulture A modular curriculum covering green and digital skills tailored to EQF Level 4, ensuring a structured approach to formal and non-formal learning. 2. Training Resources Development of training and assessment materials, including a trainer’s toolkit to facilitate curriculum delivery in VET and workplace settings. 3. Vocational Open Online Course (VOOC) Creation of an interactive online course to support self-paced learning, targeting workers and those with limited formal education access. 4.
