We achieved these objectives: SO1: Promotion of an alternative form of local participation through folklore for n.14 adults, n.4 internal staff, from Romanian and Italian's rural areas, who also face social, cultural or economic barriers. S02: Acquisition of the civic participation skill of 14 IT and RO adults with fewer opportunities. SO3: Enhancement of key skills of 14 IT and RO people with low level of skills, knowledge and competences on creative and cultural event. SO4: Attracting broader access for less experienced NGOs such as Arts in Rome (became CAFI), and empowering n.4 internal staff to work internationally and innovate local practices with adults.
