Through its 4 activities, in its 16 months of time, HEALTH CLUB has made it possible to achieve 3 specific objectives, consistent with the priorities of the program: 1) train social and healthcare professionals with intercultural relational skills, helping them to better manage relations with diversity; 2) raise awareness among citizens of third countries and foreign communities in the target countries on the issues of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention, increasing their trust in social and healthcare professionals, and therefore in local healthcare systems; 3) raise awareness among local communities of the project's themes, from an intercultural perspective, increasing social interactions and facilitating the creation of a local humus that welcomes and facilitates the structuring of the model. Objective (1) was achieved after a phase of ANALYSIS of the training needs of professionals and the health of Third Country Citizens and with the co-creation, based on the needs that emerged, of the training model; objectives (2) and (3) were achieved as a consequence of (1), promoting the values and aims of the project to foreign citizens and local communities.
