โ–ถObjectives

The project aimed to turn digital exclusion into an opportunity by facilitating knowledge transfer between university students and older adults. Seniors gained essential digital skills for independence and social inclusion, while students developed teaching skills and earned micro-credentials useful for their study courses. The main objectives were: 1.To get deeper understanding of older adults and their needs and wishes 2.Develop digital skills of older adults to enjoy fuller and more independent lives 3.Foster and develop coaching and teaching skills for university students through digital knowledge transfer to older adults 4.Develop a micro credential system recognition 5.Promote a more socially included life for old All the objectives were achieved in the form of the outcomes which were set at the beginning of the project. Moreover, DIGILIFE promoted the increase of digital tool use by seniors; teaching experience for students; the development of methodologies to support caregivers in digital training and it strengthened intergenerational dialogue for a more connected society.
