Objectives The CUTE project aims to reduce the mismatch between training and job placement in areas with high youth unemployment through an upskilling platform of green and digital skills. Activities The following activities are planned: - Development of an e-learning platform on the topics of green economy, digital transformation and fight against climate change. The platform will allow users to create their own profile and to get in touch with the companies involved during the project. - realization of local events to train and involve young people and companies on the issues of green and digital transition to seize the opportunities offered by the Next Generation EU. Impact Expected Outcomes: - Reduce the mismatch between labor supply and demand. - Awareness raising on the topic of ecological and digital transition. - Growth of green and digital skills for young NEETs. - Recruitment of young NEETs in companies attentive to the ecological and digital transition of their business model. - Creation of a scalable and replicable educational format.
