We aimed to create a digital coaching service for adults in Europe to reflect on their personal purpose and facilitate collective evaluations. Our objectives were: Objective #1: Develop a web-based application for continuous personal purpose reflection and collective data aggregation. Objective #2: Raise awareness of personal purpose in Europe's context by building an engaged community using the application and contributing to discussions. Objective #3: Utilize project partners' skills effectively, delivering visible results in short iterations for a user-centric approach. These objectives addressed priorities like common values, civic engagement, inclusion, and diversity, relevant due to developments like the Covid- 19 pandemic and the Ukraine war. By developing an application (objective #1) and fostering a community (objective #2), we aimed to track values and monitor inclusion levels across the EU. Our focus on fast results (objective #3) addressed the urgency of these priorities.
