Objectives

Our objectives were: 1. to develop a high-quality, short-term micro e-learning course tailored to target group needs; 2. to increase advanced digital skills and competences of NGO employees and self-employed adults; 3. to disseminate project results, informing the target groups in the project partner countries about the new opportunities created to develop their digital competencies and skills.

Activities

We have implemented these activities in the project: 1. Partners created micro e-learning course available in 3 languages (English, Lithuanian, Czech) as an open learning and self-training tool for the target group. Partners divided course lessons and developed course content in EN. After approval of the content and proofreading, the course content was translated to LT and CZ. It was developed an unified course design and created micro e-learning courses in EdApp learning platform. 2. Partners organized pilot testing and evaluation of micro e-learning course by the target group, where 103 participants (NGO employees and self-employed adults) enhanced advanced digital skills and competences. 3. Partners created dissemination, sustainability & exploitation plan. Partners developed project website (EN, LT, CZ), used for dissemination and information about the project results, where micro e-learning course as and educational resource is freely open to access. It was prepared and disseminated 3 newsletters (EN, LT, CZ), organized 2 multiplier events and many dissemination activities. Also partners organized 2 face to face and 3 online meetings, project management and evaluation activities.

Impact

The main project results and outputs: 1. Created micro e-learning course available in 3 languages (English, Lithuanian, Czech) as an open learning and self-training tool for the target group. The micro e-learning course covers the following main topics: 1. Basics of Design 2. Basics of Website Development 3. Content Management Systems 4. SEO 5. Basics of Programming (e. shop plugins) 6.
