The project aimed at providing support to prospective and current entrepreneurs in rural areas in strengthening their businesses/business ideas by transferring knowledge related to circular and resource efficient business models & digitalization. Further, partners aimed to strengthen connections among entrepreneurially minded people in rural areas, support availability of training around CE, promote 'Green Responsible Entrepreneurship' and digital skills. The project connected rural entrepreneurs and empowered them through digital and green skills in rural areas in three partner countries. The needs were identified by conducting surveys and collecting data from rural entrepreneurs. Then, training models were developed and tested with rural entrepreneurs. The re:GREEN Training Programme was set up for immediate practical use, bridging the skills gap, promoting inclusion, and demonstrating how learning could interconnect innovatively to produce improvement through non-formal adult education.
