Objectives

1. To prepare and film a vocal training program consisting of 5 training modules and upload it to the electronic space. 2. To organize pilot trainings in Lithuania and Spain. 3. Share good practices with partners. 4. To inform general education and music schools (in Lithuania and Spain) about the possibility to use vocal training hybrid and remote. 5. Publicize the project activities. Expected project results: 1. An electronic learning platform for vocal teachers consisting of 5 training modules has been developed and will be accessible to all educators who want to improve their competencies and skills. 2. Integration of digital technologies into subject teaching and learning. 3. To develop the vocal competencies and skills of music teachers using modern digital technologies. 4. Experience and knowledge gained by the partners. 5. Quality vocal education in general education and music schools in Lithuania and Spain. 6. Creation hybrid training to ensure the availability of training in geographically remote regions and the inclusion of rural areas. The feasibility of project goals and planned results is assessed in the following ways: 1. Surveys. 2. Registration - training courses. 3. Tests.

Activities

1. Created the original 5 vocal teaching modules, which were placed in www.vocalteaching.lt . 2. Project expert assoc. Rolandas Aidukas compiled a list of guest lecturers who led the practical part of the seminars at the predetermined time and together with R. Aidukas, who formed the topics, participated in the presentations of the theoretical part. 3. Each module consisted of 8-12 topics that were published in advance. Each module was tested and evaluated in Lithuania and Spain. 4. The results were confirmed by the participants of the project (music teachers), who gave feedback on how they could deepen their professional knowledge and competencies in the field of singing education. 5. Publicizing all activities (online, e-mail announcements for schools and teachers, flyers, posters). 6. The web page www.vocalteaching.lt was created, where all video material related to the project is placed in Lithuanian, English and Spanish languages. 7. The knowledge verification tests of the project participants were created, and the knowledge verification was carried out. 8. The conference summarizing the project results was held (10/08/2023).

Impact

Project results: 1. Was created: - website www.vocalteaching.lt - facebook page https://www.facebook.com/vocalteaching.lt - 5 video teaching modules https://vocalteaching.lt/pamokos/ - module testing of the developed 5 modules was carried out. 2. Received benefits from training: - it was possible to participate in the training online and face to face - training records are posted on the www.vocalteaching.lt page and are available to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge - possibility to watch the training many times - recordings are useful for those who participated in the training and for those who could not participate in the training - possibility to observe training in Lithuanian, Spanish and English languages. 3. Survey: - after the training, a survey of the 150 participants was organized to evaluate the usefulness and ease of use of the training and the platform. 4. Feedback: - training was very useful, informative, there were many practical examples, clearly presented information - the website is easy to use and find information 5. The information has been sent to 852 schools in Lithuania, 90 schools, academies, singing and music teachers and other professionals in Spain and also 50 to another 21 countries.
