Objectives

It is inevitably clear that older people are no longer competitive in the labor market, due to slower learning, harder receptivity to innovation, lower productivity, infrequent illness, physical weakness and so on. It was this context that reinforces our motivation to create a mechanism and tools to give the project 's target group a' second breath 'in the labour market. We focused our efforts on helping older people stay in the labor market, believing that this could ensure their active income and potentially reduce liabilities (compensation, targeted benefits, etc.). Work, being useful and being able to take care of themselves would also reduce their morbidity, psychological problems and feelings of hopelessness, with most of them simply 'waiting to be invited beyond'. We believed that the measures we offered are meaningful, will guarantee change and will be useful. That is why THE AIM of this project was to create a mechanism and tools to refine the skills and professional aptitudes of older people.
