By implementing this project we wanted to achieve: - To improve the level of competencies and skills of professionals to deal with stress related situations minimising the impact of it by employing tools and activities for green care and improving mental and physical health; - To develop and implement new and innovative ENERGY VET Program and Digital Training Platform and educate ENERGY Facilitators as future Green care wellness trainers; - To encourage organisations and managerial staff to use a more caring approach and implement green care wellness initiatives.

During the project first of all we implemented need analysis - survey. Then we developed curriculum for ENERGY VET Training contents (Handbook), learning materials for the VET Training courses, designed e-learning platform in Moodle platform. Two workshops for trainers took place: 1. 'New Innovative Green Care Methods' in Rome, Italy. 2. 'Leading Healthy Organisations and Creating Guidelines and Practices for Green Care' in Cordoba, Spain. Also we conducted local training activities in North Macedonia and Lithuania with the aim to pilot ENERGY program. Promotional events took place in each partner country and were effective mean of dissemination. Coordinating organisation with the input from all partners organised final project conference in Lithuania.

Concrete outputs of the project: 1. Need analysis and benchmarking (good practice cases). 2. Green Care Wellness Program Handbook. 3. ENERGY Practicum with Case Studies and Personalised Action Plan. 4. ENERGY Guidelines and Policy Recommendations. 5. ENERGY e-learning platform, which contains 30 modules and 1 additional module for Facilitators.
