Objectives Deliver ~100 workshops in high schools and universities around the country. Deliver cooking classes. Create a website based on the research. Held outdoor activities, teaching the participants how to build a fitness program that suits their needs and schedule. Create healthy food recipes with the local ingredients that will be posted on the website. Teach people with with food intolerance how to create easy and affordable meal plans. Teaching young adults the importance of time management. Activities The project will consist of four stages Research and data analysis Workshop design and delivery (Each workshop will consist of ~20 participants, the duration of the workshop is estimated to be ~180 min. with breaks. Three key components will be a part of each, assessing students previous knowledge on the subject, cooking class, short fitness class and interactive lecture on sleep quality, building healthy nutritional habits and time management) Website design and reach Evaluation and follow up Impact A multimedia website, it will be constructed as a digital open and accessible environment which will contain tools and interactive content aimed to support the further development of healthy habits and lifestyle changes. Driving a policy change regarding public schools and dormitory nutrition plans. Creating a European Network of researchers, teacher-trainers and teachers with the ability to share literature, lesson materials and expertise.
