The objectives of this project were oriented towards fostering quality improvements and excellence in innovation and exchange of good practices in practicing Philosophy with Children. These improvements were more directed towards implementing socially inclusive practice of PwC in an innovative way in order to emphasize the profound embeddedness of philosophy education in broader sociocultural contexts and the diversity in the classroom community of inquiry. The objectives were to improve the development of education in rural areas; develop and promote new and innovative and didactic approaches in practicing Philosophy with Children; promote common values of equity, freedom, tolerance, peace and non-discrimination through education; enhance potentials for creative and collaborative thinking, innovation and inquiry; improve levels of teaching competences and increase motivation; drive progress trough philosophical enquiry at schools; initiate educational policy change.
