▶Objectives
The Master 4.1 project aims to achieve several key objectives: Enhance Master's Exam Programs: We will develop and update master craftsman exam programs and catalogs in North Macedonia and Slovenia, aligning them with EU standards to ensure quality and relevance. Improve Evaluation Processes: We will strengthen the capacities of evaluation committees conducting the exams in each partnering country, leading to better evaluation and quality assurance. Enhance Public Image: The project will boost the public perception and attractiveness of vocational occupations and crafts by raising awareness of the master craftsman exam and promoting the craft sector as a viable career choice. By achieving these objectives, the project seeks to address the needs of craftsmen and the vocational education sector, establishing the master craftsman exam as a symbol of entrepreneurship, career advancement, and knowledge transfer. It also tackles challenges such as the lack of program development experience, inadequate methodology, and public image issues related to crafts. Through strategic partnerships and advanced technologies, the project aims to improve the methodological approach, transparency, and quality of the exam.
