Summary

Objectives In a world where digital roles in marketing are among the fastest growing in the industry with demand for social media jobs and skills constantly increasing, the project seeks to empower young people with fewer opportunities by training and supporting them to find employment in and through digital marketing. Youth workers who will be trained, and organizations that will support them, will ensure the sustainability of the results. Activities The project will: 1. Conduct research on a European level to identify needs, tools and possibilities 2. Create and deliver two training courses, one online and one in-person, for youth workers 3. Run the first training course for groups of young people with fewer opportunities 4. Disseminate the results Impact The young people who participate are expected to achieve a level of competence in digital marketing skills that will allow them to enter into employment both through the skills learnt as well as in the digital marketing world. The organizations will increase their capacity to support young people in their search for gainful employment. The youth workers will understand better how to support young people both in their work in the organization as well as in their own personal development.
