In our application we mentioned a few objectives for this project. The first one was 'to appreciate the idea of a sustainable and peaceful society by gaining knowledge and developing values and skills.' Our second objective was to create awareness in our schools, local communities and regions by showing how we can disseminate the ideas to be greener with the help of digital platforms. Our third objective was to promote active citizenship by enabling project-based education. Our fourth objective was to increase the quality in the work and practices of the organisations and institutions involved in our project. Or fifth objective was to produce a final product helping to create responsible world citizenship with learning development. And our final objective was to help professional development of teachers; so teachers can research, collaborate and create in an international environment to enhance their own professional development. These objectives came forth out of the needs of both schools. Objective four and six address the need for international professional development and the other four objectives address the need for a different approach to teaching about sustainability in such a way to strengthen the impact of our lessons.
