▶Objectives
Through experience and knowledge sharing, professional collaboration, and networking in the project, we aimed to improve the training initiative for Mat og Prat. We believe that effective training environments strengthen the transition to regular employment for participants in the target group. YallaTrappan has developed a mentor program for organizations interested in establishing similar workplaces. The project enabled Mat og prat- employees at to participate in mentor training. We aimed to enhance pedagogical tools tailored to the target group, specifically revising the training manual used in kitchen instruction. Folkelig, developed a work-shop adapted to the target group, using fun activities from their programs "Smaksverksted" (Taste Workshop) and "Matjungelen" (Food Jungle). Increased competence in this field would provide participants with the potential to work as kitchen assistants in kindergartens and schools

• Insightful understanding of target group's potential through Ny Sjanse's participation in YallaTrappan's mentor program • Partners became acquainted and gained greater understanding and inspiration of each other's work. We realized our commonalities despite different organizational structures. • We gained knowledge about creating food inspired by participants for schools and kindergartens through workshops led by Folkelig. • The project enabled us to improve combined work and language learning teaching materials tailored to the target group. • Strengthened relationships among partners and prospective collaborations. In summary, the project successfully improved vocational training and empowerment for the participants at Ny sjanse, emphasizing tailored training materials. This collaboration yielded enhanced training quality, promoted knowledge about how to make healthy food for children, and laid the foundation for future endeavors.
