The goal was to become familiar with new teaching methods and learning tools, enhance the competence among the staff, and implement new methods and tools in a teaching context. At the same time, we aimed to provide master's students from UAM Poznan with practical knowledge of the daily work of Norwegian teachers to foster a better understanding of the teaching profession in an authentic setting, as well as to give students project experience and passive experience as Norwegian teachers.
