Objectives

By implementing this project, we wanted to inspire students to use technology and Web2 tools as a way to share their cultural backgrounds, to collaborate through various interactive tools like 3D printers, digital map makers, and online platforms creating e-books and collaborative projects fostering cultural exchange and enhancing their communication skills. During the short-term exchanges we expected students to engage in indoor and outdoor activities that use Web2 tools as well as traditional games to explore their cultures and traditions. We also wanted to help students understand and appreciate each other's cultures, promoting peaceful coexistence in a multicultural world free from prejudice. We also wanted to develop a common curriculum that reflects diverse perspectives and prepares students for global cooperation. Additionally, we wanted to provide staff with opportunities to exchange best practices, share their experience, gain insights into different curricula, help to support their students in the cross-cultural learning experience and bring new knowledge back to their own classrooms creating environment which follows the European Union's common curricula and values.

Activities

In our project, we implemented a combination of physical mobilities and online meetings to both engage participants and minimize our carbon footprint. The project lasted for two years and included eight mobilities in total: five online Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs) and three short-term student exchange mobilities. The activities were designed to promote cultural exchange, digital collaboration, and awareness on various social topics. 1. TPM: a kick off meeting 2. TPM: eTwinning 3. TPM: Dissemination plan 4. TPM: first year's evaluation 5. TPM: the closure C1 in PL: School Internet Safety Policy, a workshop based on the topic of Bullying & Bias, traditional handicrafts C2 in ES: e-book workshop, a theatre event on tolerance, Gender Equality C3 in TR: Race & Ethnicity, cooking workshop
