While implementing the Erasmus+ project, we established cooperation with other schools and teachers. Working together on the project led to the exchange of knowledge, experiences and good practices. Moreover, project participants could strive to develop their skills, both professional and soft. This included learning English, acquiring skills for work or developing leadership skills. While implementing the project, we promoted European values ​​such as tolerance, openness, intercultural understanding and solidarity. Activities undertaken as part of the project contributed to building bonds between different cultures. Our goal was also to enable participants to travel and learn about other countries and cultures. Broaden your horizons and gain new perspectives. Erasmus+ projects were an excellent opportunity for all participants to experiment with new ideas, teaching methods and technologies. Partnerships are a very effective way of tackling problems together and engaging different social groups more equitably. While implementing the project, we wanted to reach an agreement to do something together that would benefit all involved schools - partners.

There were 5 meetings, one of which was virtual. During this meeting, the participating countries introduced themselves and were introduced to the technological and digital materials and tools that were used throughout the project. Further mobilities, not virtual ones, took place in Romania. Turkey, Poland and Macedonia. The above meetings gave students the opportunity to take part in debates and develop their debating and presentation skills. They learned how to respond to conflicting opinions. They learned tolerance for different opinions/ideas and acceptance of differences. They had the opportunity to develop their intercultural skills and communicate with peers from other countries. They developed their civic awareness and sense of belonging to a common European family.

The concrete outputs of our project were the Final Resolutions on five (5) different topics and Study guides on the same topics that were discussed at the debates, during the mobilities in the partner countries. An eTwinning project has also been created. International mobility helped students and educational workers improve their language skills and intercultural competences. Communication in a foreign language becomes more fluent and natural.
