Objectives

When implementing the project, we focused on the development of young people through art - through the theater of the subject, we developed interests and talents in acting, music, dance and art, we improved pronunciation and practiced memory. The aim was to acquire practical skills in planning and organizing theater and artistic events. We aimed to arouse interest in cultural texts that influence the enrichment of knowledge about the world from the perspective of tradition and modernity and in the context of regional culture. Its aim was to develop the student's personality sensitive to the surrounding cultural reality, motivating intellectual effort and creative thinking, communication, self-esteem, team cooperation, perseverance in pursuing goals, diligence, responsibility for oneself and others. The project developed young people's skills in the multi-directional use of information and communication technologies. The project assumed the development of key competences, especially communication in native and foreign languages, digital skills, learning skills, social and civic skills, initiative, and cultural awareness and expression. The aim was to build the capacity of educational institutions to create cooperation networks.

Activities

As part of the project activities, we integrated national groups through games, online activities, online intercultural workshops, graphic and cultural studies. We organized an international, two-day project meeting on the premises of the leading organization, during which we discussed the schedule of activities and the division of responsibilities. A number of workshop meetings were held devoted to creating various types of puppets and props for performances and theater workshops, during which, among others, scripts were developed and rehearsals of reading individual roles took place, and finally a presentation of a joint play. Three-day meetings were held in Bulgaria in the field of education, teaching and learning in the field of artistic and theater education, including: artistic classes, IT classes, voice work, and technical workshops. We organized a three-day meeting in North Macedonia, including: theater workshops related to relaxation, concentration and choreography. During international meetings, 7 performances were presented using prepared puppets and props, and the performances were posted on YouTube. A two-day summary meeting took place in Greece and was related to the dissemination of the project results.

Impact

The main effects of the implemented project are: development of artistic and social skills, preparation of young people to receive and create art, adoption of creative attitudes, self-creation, openness to personal development, increase in the level of key European competences and skills. There has been progress in the quality of school work and motivation to build international school partnerships. Project products were created such as: theater items, including various types of puppets, and props. International meetings were organized, including in the field of education, teaching and learning. A number of integration, artistic and social activities were also carried out. Scripts for theater performances were developed, on the basis of which 7 theater performances and digital products were created. Presentations, posters - cultural banners and the project, good practices and cultural logos were developed, and then comprehensive photocasts. The youth established international contacts, which increased their motivation to learn foreign languages. The project enabled students to understand their own culture and have a sense of identity and an open attitude towards the diversity of artistic expression of other cultures.
