The school is an organization experienced in the implementation of mobility projects in Key Action 1, wanting to gain further experience in international cooperation we decided to apply for funding under Key Action 2. The involvement of experienced partners allowed the project to be implemented effectively. The project responded to the needs for developing international contacts, getting to know foreign organizations and their capabilities in vocational training. The organizations involved in the project did not have the financial resources for international cooperation - high costs of transportation, accommodation, etc. The project focused on the professional competence of teachers in the direction of cosmetic service technician and massage technician. These are very popular education majors. The needs in this area were primarily to improve professional competence, update methods of working with students, strengthen cooperation with entrepreneurs, raise the level of language competence and improve social skills.

In implementing the project, we primarily wanted to establish international cooperation between vocational training institutions and employers, in addition: - increase the prestige and attractiveness of the direction of massage therapist and beauty services technician, - raise the level of language competence of vocational training teachers, - cooperate with employers to organize joint initiatives for vocational education, - learn about the opportunities provided by the participation of schools and vocational training institutions in the Erasmus program. Each of the organizations involved in the project wanted to support their schools' activities and promote the possibility of gaining experience in vocational schools. It also aimed to become an attractive prospect for the target groups, i.e. students. As a result, in implementing the project, we wanted first of all to give a real chance to teachers to improve their professional competence, and thus to raise the level of competence of students and give them a real chance to find a job in their profession after graduating from vocational school.
