Participation in the project allowed partners to: 1) gaining a fresh perspective necessary for further development of the organization and partnerships; 2) learning about other perspectives, methods, tools, good practices, 3) development of educational activities and collection of appropriate data on transformative mediation from an international perspective; 4) strengthening cooperation between organizations, building a network of contacts and strong relationships; 5) obtaining broad theoretical and practical knowledge through the transfer of experience and joint activities and learning; 6) increasing competences and qualifications in the area of ​​vocational education and training; 7) access to the AUTPOST method and tools. After the end of the project, each partner plans to further develop and implement the developed tools and method in their institution and disseminate them in partner institutions not only in the country but also abroad. FRSP hopes that the project will encourage AUTPOST to collaborate in the future and share Irish solutions on a wider scale. The partners hope that this will be the beginning of a long cooperation. I. ACTION I 1) 7.11.2022 Kick Off meeting in Poland (4 people - 2 per organisation) - representatives of the Leader and the partner participated. Detailed activities were planned during the meeting. 1. The following components were agreed: 1. REPORT which consists of: Introduction. Desk Research report: questions, summary, conclusions, recommendations, description of the profession of a multicultural mediator, 3 case studies from the EU market. 2) Design thinking workshops were organized in Poland 2 x weekend 6,7/05 & 13,14/05) 12 people – 10 PL & 2 IRELAND 3) 10 online meetings of the Leader and Partner took place (6 participants - 3 from the organization) 4)19.05.23 an international meeting was held in KELLS Ireland - 4 people from AUTPOST, 2 people from FRSP DIALOG ACTION II 1) 6 webinars of the leader and partner took place - dissemination of materials - 1 webinar = 1 set of materials (12-16 participants) 2) 28.09.23, a seminar popularising the project was held in Kells Ireland. Number of ppl in the project: 40, 70 people took part, 50 ppl entered the list 3) 18.10. 2023, a dissemination seminar was held in Opole. Number of people in the project: 40, 47 people took part. 100% tasks completed as planned. Materials're in PL&EN.

Effects & results: 1) gaining a fresh perspective necessary for further development of FRSP and partnership cooperation; 2) learning about other methods, tools, good practices, which allowed the development of educational activities and the collection of appropriate data on transformative mediation from an international perspective; 3) strengthening cooperation between organisations, building a network of contacts & strong relationships; 4) obtaining broad theoretical and practical knowledge through the transfer of experience and joint activities and learning; 5) increasing competences and qualifications in the area of ​​education and professional training of a multicultural mediator (MW); 6) access to the AUTPOST method and tools 7) implementation of developed tools and methods & dissemination of them in partner institutions also abroad. 8) submitting another joint project.
