Współpraca w zakresie partnerstwa na rzecz doskonalenia zawodowego rzeczoznawców majątkowych

The project addressed the need for closer cooperation between the partners, the establishment of new international contacts, exchange of professional experience, linguistic and organisational development. The partners were keen to develop their professional English, to acquire language skills useful in preparing valuation reports and in business realiations, but also to exchange methodological insights and to deepen their knowledge in the area of property valuation using English. Each organisation also aimed to realise development in organisational and project management skills of an international nature requiring communication in a foreign language for both partners. We wanted to use digital solutions for language learning and exchange of professional experiences in order to reach as many people as possible and contribute to the popularisation of this form of language education combined with the deepening of knowledge and exchange of experiences, breaking down barriers to communication in English. The Erasmus + project is the first of its kind for both organisations, and we were keen to improve our organisational skills in implementing the project using EU funds.

The aim of the project was to undertake a collaborative partnership for the continuing professional development of valuers, to share experience and good practice between partner organisations, to combine activities of a transnational and national character, to create and develop international networks and to foster synergies within local, regional, national and international policies. Improving language competence in professional English through online language training with enrolment on a website accessible to all interested parties. Breaking down language barriers through face-to-face communication implemented in the framework of international professional exchange at the Baltic Valuation Conference (BVC), project cooperation, popularisation of specialised training in yield valuation. Improving professional competence internationally through the BVC conference and the organisation of a specialised e-training course in Dariusz Trojanowski, Prof. UG, recording and making available a webinar, as well as an ebook and a capitalisation rate valuation model online for all interested parties.
