Objectives By implementing this project, we want to develop a reading mindset training for youth workers, so they can inspire youths to read and extract knowledge from books. Our target groups are youths aged 13-17, who are not reading for pleasure and lack reading skills. Our main objectives are: To develop a reading mindset training for youth workers and train them how to implement it. To increase reading and writing skills and reading for pleasure among youths. Activities The main activities we will implement are: Prepare booklet with the existing good practices for reading motivation at the EU level Development of reading mindset training for youth workers. Development of e-learning resources on reading mindset interventions. Implementation of the training in youth centres and mobility Development of Inspiring videos from people who love to read books Development of new learning digital budgets to measure and inspire the learning process Impact Booklet of Best practices - youth workers will have access to a resource that gathers the best practices in training reading skills at EU level Reading mindset training - youth workers will be trained on how to implement reading mindset interventions with youths E-learning resources - reading mindset training will be available online platform (OER) in a learner-friendly format Videos from people who love books - youth will be inspired to read books by seeing how reading has affected others.
