P45 developed a comprehensive, accessible and tailored programme to re/upskilling 45+ adults, fostering a resilient workforce driven by innovation, creativity and cooperation. Beyond work, such kind of lifelong learning boosts confidence, problem-solving and involvement in the community, improving well-being. P45 also raised awareness among organisations for the importance of training schemes for 45+ adults, to avoid ageism. The project main objectives were to: -Raise awareness among 45+ adults and organisations, about the necessity of specific training programmes. -Develop a comprehensive curriculum addressing the current needed knowledge, skills and attitudes for 45+ adults. -Launch a pioneer training resource, free and open to any 45+ adult and any enterprise or organisation interested in lifelong learning courses based on the project materials. -Break borderlines among businesses and Adult Education (AE), creating common methods and skills that will allow to increase the quality of both the AE offer and the businesses performance and resilience. -Ensure the project sustainability and impact after its end by assuring the access to project results, with strong emphasis on results promotion to secure its impact on AE policies.
