Make It Thrive aimed to support educators in addressing mental health challenges within schools, strengthening their competences competences to identify and respond to such issues appropriately. It also sought to ensure equal opportunities and access to psychological support for all, contributing to a healthier school climate, improved academic performance, and greater personal well-being. Furthermore, the project intended to promote inclusion and diversity across the fields of education and youth. As specific objectives, we highlight the following: - To help teachers to cope with psychological issues in the school, through the use of the website that will be created; - To support educators on the path to digital transformation by helping them in developing their digital skills, through the project's online resource; - To promote professional training and development of the teachers, so they can foster a healthy school environment; - To promote individual and group mobility for learning purposes, namely from the educator's point of view; - To disseminate the results created among the community, in order to reach as many educators as possible and promote the content developed as the main support tool to deal with the mental health

The project followed the work plan established in the approved application: •WP2 – Project Results: Result 1 – Toolbox with the most common mental health issues; Result 2 – Case Studies; Result 3 – Role Paly Simulations; Result 4 – Non-formal education activities; Result 5 – Compilation of publications and research; Result 6 – Checklist; Result 7 – Forum + Q&A Box + Translation of all contents; Result 8 - Evaluation; WP3 – Training Activities: 1st Training Activity – Gondomar – 15 – 19 January 2024; 2nd Training Activity – Heraklion – 14 – 18 October 2024. •WP4 –Transnational meetings: Kick-off Meeting - Gondomar - 23-26 October 2023; 2nd Transnational meeting - Heraklion – 7th – 10th may 2024; 3rd Transnational Meeting – Cagliari – 20 – 23 November 2024; 4th Transnational Meeting – Porto – 28 – 31 July 2025. •WP5 Multiplier events: Multiplier event 1 – Gondomar – 12th June and 13th July; Multiplier event 2 – Cagliari – 25th July and 26th August; Multiplier event 3 – Heraklion – 9th May; Multiplier event 4 – 13th and 30th June, 2nd and 31st July; Final Multiplier event – 10th May; The Dissemination activities: Production of 4 podcasts, 9 newsletters, leaflets and social media sharing by each partner
