Objectives In view of the absence of essential key competences, especially financial and entrepreneurial competences, we intend to develop a empowerment programme for (i) the empowerment of youth workers on the subject and working with youth and (ii) financial literacy of young people, using inclusive methods, so that they have access to information, knowledge and financial management tools. Activities I. Planning - Project Management; - Working Meeting 1. II. Preparation - Youth Workers; - Young people; - Initial assessment. III. Implementation - Virtual cooperation; - Work session - Youth Workers; - Local empowerment sessions - Phase 1 + Phase 2; - Game development and testing - Phase 1 + Phase 2; - Youth Exchange; - Working Meeting 2; - Game conclusion. IV. Follow-up - Monitoring and Evaluation; - Working Meeting 3; - Dissemination. Impact I. Outcomes - Development of the 8 key competences (EU Recommendation); - Learning on topics such as financial literacy and project management across the lifecycle. II. outputs - Materials and contents: developed throughout the project and at all phases; - Game; - Project booklet.
