1. To increase communication, cooperation, digital and green competencies of 65 rural heritage professionals from RO (15 attending the course, 50 more attending the online course made available as an OER) to make inclusive, sustainable, resilient, innovative and internationally relevant use of the local and national and cultural heritage. 15 (3 persons from 5 settlement) RO rural heritage professionals had the opportunity to increase their competences. In total 141 people subscribed to the learning platform, instead of 50 promised in the project. 2. To increase 10 adult educators’ competencies (from RO and NL) to plan, implement and assess engaging, innovative and impactful adult education initiatives making use of the local heritage. The Guide was promoted among adult educators, by publishing articles on platforms like Epale and Elm Magazine. 47 AEs shared their feedback about the usefulness, novelty and innovative aspect of the Guide. 3. Make min. 30 rural communities in RO, Harghita county aware of how the living heritage, being a strong identity factor, become an economic asset, a tourist attraction, a sustainability factor - reached by the final event and dissemination tools and campaigns.

1. MANAGEMENT: management handbook, templates, promotional, dissemination, project logo, website in 3 lang., monitoring, communication activities. Meetings: 10 online, 3 bilateral on-site, 2 transnational meetings. 2.BLENDED COURSE: desk research report, interview with 4 (2/country) heritage specialists, Competence Framework for heritage workers, in 3 languages: HU, RO and EN, curriculum, a collection of OER materials, an e-learning course HU, refining the curriculum, promoting the e-course. 3.IMPLEMENTING THE COURSE: e-learning course - EN, RO, 60 learning hrs blended course (3 phases): online: 30 hrs, on-site – study visit in NL, follow-up. 141 registered persons on the e-learning course. 4.GOOD PRACTICES COMPENDIUM: desk-research of heritage projects, collecting, editing photo-video documents of the visit in NL, critical reflection of the Study Visit - Tips and Tricks, editing, translating, publishing the broschure. 5.LOCAL HERITAGE PROJECTS: mentoring, prototype and pilot 5 local heritage projects in RO, videos about these projects in HU, RO and EN 6. ADULT EDUCATOR'S GUIDE: a guide published in EN, RO and HU 7. HERITAGE FAIR: RO, 18 Oct., participants over 80, the 15 pilot projects were presented.

Results achieved: 1. Competence Framework for heritage workers in 3 languages 2. Blended course (online, on-site and follow-up phases) for community developers and cultural programme piloted with 15 participants (5 teams*3 persons), attended by min. 50 more as autonomous learners during the project lifetime; 3. Five video documentaries - 1/pilot project (HU, RO, EN); 6. Adult educators guide in 3 languages (HU, RO, EN); 7. Regional Heritage Conference and Fair: this was a high-quality event, with massive media presence - more than 90 people attended, 80 signed the attendance sheet, mainly representatives of local schools and communities, 3 media articles.
