The objectives set for this project are the result of the analysis carried out by the school in Achicanta, respectively CNAM, but also in technological high schools with which we collaborated in this project by inviting students from the rural environment to participate accompanied by 2 VET teachers from these high schools, in order to stimulate entrepreneurial initiatives among students. Our project helps to fulfill the European educational objectives regarding the initiation and national and international cooperation in the field of professional training. Our project facilitated the development of an accumulation of entrepreneurial skills both through the interaction of students at the meetings of the CNAM entrepreneurs' club. The levies from the target group from the 10th and 11th grade profile 'Technician in economic activities' and those invited from the rural environment together with the VET teachers from technological high schools managed to consistently improve their communication skills and in English, as well as the development of the entrepreneurial spirit through discussions in contradictory but with concrete results of application in real life of the methods of recycling and recovery of waste.

The activity implemented in our project was realized by running the 'entrepreneurial skills course' in the field of Circular Economy. This activity had as its objective the development of entrepreneurial skills in the field of collecting, recycling and valorizing waste of any kind for a number of 21 students + 2 VET teachers. The main topics addressed in the 6 days of the course/6 hours per day were initiated and business plans developed with applicability in the green economy: Recycling of wood waste after exploitation, Recycling of food waste, Recycling of wool, Recycling of plastic: its transformation into material and Successful entrepreneurship in the circular economy of asphalt. These ideas were discussed in groups of 4 students together with the VET teacher in the type of initiation program, which developed the growth of key skills, namely teamwork, the transition from school to working life and last but not least, they acquired skills communication in both English and Romanian. Participating students developed their entrepreneurial spirit and career orientation, and the 5 business ideas helped them determine the efficiency of running a circular economy business.

The concrete results that we obtained following the development of the Successful Entrepreneurship in the Circular Economy project are: The initial activities within the CNAM Entrepreneurs' Club helped the students in the target group to clarify their defining notions regarding the entrepreneurial field. The initiation activities were also attended by invited students from the rural environment who helped our students to share their experience in the entrepreneurial field with applicability in the rural environment as well. After the 5 meetings within the club, the business ideas were analyzed and 5 ideas considered to be successful were selected by our partner from Spain, with applicability in the field of Circular Economy in the rural environment. Participating students know practical aspects, key to the success of developing a business, such as the correct identification and determination and in correlation with the market requirements of the human and financial resources necessary to run a business, as well as predicting the occurrence of unforeseen events that can significantly affect the business results. Sharing the acquired experience is also of significant importance in the development of future didactic activities.
