At the beginning of this project, we proposed the following objectives: 1. Correlation of the technical-practical skills of the teachers who teach at the specialization 'Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment mechanics' with the real skills from the labor market. 2. Increasing the placement of graduates on the labor market, immediately after graduation.

To fulfill O1, the following activities were carried out: - A needs analysis; - Study regarding the identification of the specializations sought on the labor market; - Erasmus+ mobility 'Train the trainer' type; - The organization of a round table best practices seminar, to which were added the support of 3 demonstration lessons held in partnership by the teachers who participated in the mobility, in which a feedback of the exchange of experience was offered. To fulfill O2, the following activities were carried out: - An analysis of the causes of the reduced insertion of graduates on the labor market immediately after graduation; - Organizing an internal trade competition for students in which they demonstrate that they know how to use equipment and machine tools; - Carrying out a survey within companies regarding the existing curriculum and its adaptation to current requirements.

For O1 we obtained the following results: - A School needs' analysis - Study regarding the identification of the specializations sought on the labor market; - 6 teachers participating in the Train the trainer experience exchange, who then managed to use the teaching apparatus and machine tools from the laboratories and the practical workshop to their full capacity in their classes. - 3 demonstration lessons held in partnership; the teachers' lesson projects were introduced in a good practice guide - 35 participants in the round table (we invited representatives of ISJ, other teachers of technical subjects from school and municipality); For O2 we obtained the following results: - Case study regarding the causes of low insertion of graduates in the labor market; - Offering 3 prizes for students and teachers who prepared the students for the Trades Competition; - Obtaining a new CDL; The collaboration within the project with the partner Lisa Draxlmaier GmbH has the final result of increasing the level of technical-practical skills of the teachers, which is reflected in the quality of knowledge and skills transmitted to students directly, usable at the economic operator Draxlmaier Timisoara.
