Recent changes have necessitated the unprecedented use of technology for education, but they have also accentuated the inequalities between those who use digital technologies on a daily basis and those who do not have access. Especially in the educational environment, the pandemic highlighted certain challenges related to the digital capabilities of education and training institutions, to face the new realities and to include environmental practices in institutional activity. The Skills 4future project promotes the relevance of entrepreneurship for education, economy and society, combined with digital education, in a competitive context, in which those from disadvantaged backgrounds do not have high chances of integration. The project supports the training of teachers for entrepreneurship education through inclusive education and the use of digital skills, essential for integration with success in the professional environment. From this perspective, common problems were identified in the analysis of the needs of each partner, the project being considered a solution proposed in European priorities, adapted to local needs and represents a joint effort to create an inclusive educational environment.

The objectives of the project focused on: 1. Consolidating an inclusive educational environment in schools from disadvantaged backgrounds and promoting new interactive learning methods and tools, emphasizing teaching staff training to strengthen entrepreneurial and digital skills. 2. Strengthening entrepreneurial and digital skills both in the case of teachers and in the case of students, by organizing joint activities between students and teachers from the two countries 3. Useful educational materials and resources elaborated for teachers in the teaching-learning process 4. Collaboration with the professional environment to help students develop transferable skills necessary for their professional future 4. Consolidation of a collaborative and interactive learning environment, focused on the transfer of good practices, which can also facilitate other learning experiences
