To achieve key outcomes that empower women & promote environmental sustainability: -awareness raising and motivation: an e-workshop that highlights good practices and innovative ideas in sustainable environmental (SE) entrepreneurship, provides inspiration through women successful stories and a great source of educational material concerning Green Transition, women’s role &SE opportunities. -competences and skills development: an innovative pathway to upskill SE entrepreneurs, equipping women with specific competences such as understanding innovation in SE, applying social entrepreneurship principles, and using digital tools effectively in SE businesses. -assessment and skills recognition: a digital assessment tool to evaluate the competences and skills of women-learners, allowing them to obtain micro-credentials as a formal recognition of their readiness for SE entrepreneurship. -support educators: a e-Toolkit of 3 pedagogical methodologies to enhance the capabilities of adult educators to facilitate this innovative upskilling pathway, providing them with resources for training women. -sharing and promoting project results: materials and activities aiming to maximize the impact and reach of the project.
